- Existing customer support: You are responsible for the personal support of our existing customers, starting with the preparation of offers through to timely invoicing
- Complete order processing: From acceptance of the order to timely delivery, you carefully coordinate all steps of order processing, including export documentation.
- You create offers and follow them continuously
- As an important interface, you work closely with our sales team to share information and coordinate customer needs
- You receive complaints, analyse the causes and take appropriate measures to solve the problems.
- Administrative support for sales controlling: You prepare relevant data and reports for sales controlling in order to enable well-founded decision-making.
These are your primary colors:
- Apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the commercial sector
- Professional experience in internal sales administration
- Knowledge of using an inventory management system (ERP system)
