In general
In seven-color printing, the special colors orange, green and violet are added to the usual scale of cyan, magenta, yellow and black. This addition significantly expands the color space that can be achieved. The larger color spectrum of seven-color printing provides not only greater luminosity of green, orange and violet tones, but also a more sculptural, deeper and more dynamic image impression.
