Everybody knows the small LED in everyday life. But the diodes are also used in the pressroom. In contrast to the mercury vapour lamp for conventional UV systems, the LED spotlight only has a specific wavelength. This extremely reduces the formation of ozone, energy consumption and heat generation. This makes LED inks extremely interesting for temperature-sensitive substrates and environmentally conscious companies.
